Key responsibilities:
- Manage office facilities, equipment and stationary; ensuring effective functioning and maintenance
- Purchase office supplies, stationery, etc.
- Provide reception duties such as receiving guests, express delivery, etc.
- Support in hotel and flight ticket booking, visa application, parking tickets and daily food & beverages for employees
- Support in organizing meetings, training workshops, internal events
- Monitor, update and maintain staff database (attendance, leave)
- Record staff monthly timesheets, check daily presence of staff, monitor annual leave, time in lieu, regulated leaves
- Complete compulsory insurance (SI, HI, UI), health insurance and other insurance benefits for employees monthly to follow Labor law and upon case-by-case basis.
- Other administrative tasks as required
Competencies:
- Knowledge: Bachelor degree in any fields, Administration & HR Management is preferred. Having 2 – 3 years experience in administration. Experienced in Insurance controlling field is an advantage
- Skills: Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Good English (Writing, Reading), Computerized Skill
- Attitude: Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Patient.
- Personality: Trustworthy, Careful, Attention to detail, Diligent

- Gross salary: 350 – 500 USD (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
