- Identify, establish, develop KOLs (A-level) list including acheive price quotation.
- Manage overall KOLs network performance
- Map out, strategize and execute engagement plan towards KOLs to maintain relationship
- Gather insight as input for future roadmap and value propositions
- Work closely with operation team and sale team to successfully operation product well.
- Coordinating department objectives, timelines and schedules
- From time to time take lead or assist with other critical tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the company.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge: At least 2 years experience in influencer management; Experienced in approaching and managing KOLs/public figure from end-to-end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.)
- Skills: Good interpersonal skill; Networking and good people management; Good oral and written communication skills; Change management; Have existing network with KOL’s, having KOL’s within direct circle of friends is advantageous
- Attitude: Highly responsible, Aggressive, Hard-working, Result-oriented
- Gross salary: 20.000.000 – 30.000.000 VND (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
- Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
