We are looking for an HR staff working as C&B Collaborator to help with the C&B task for the People team. This vacancy will work for 8 months to back up one staff’s maternity leave and then will be reviewed later.
• Be in charge of staff’s labor contract (issue & renew)
• Undertake insurance-related tasks (monthly update insurance status, settlement for sickness, maternity…)
• Be responsible for tax code registration (employees & dependents)
• Control and update employees’ information
• Make labor report to authorities and other tasked as assigned by leaders.
Contract sign: 8 months
• Qualifications: At least 6 months- 1 years experience in C&B. Graduated from HRM or Business Management field is preferable
• Knowledge: Understand and be able to apply Labor Law, Tax and Insurance law
• Skills: Good MS Office (Excel); Detail-oriented, Good at numbers.

• Gross salary: 5.000.000 VND – 7.000.000 VND
