Marketing Manager | Full time | Hanoi

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide the company’s presence to our Social Channel Influencers through online and offline channels
  • Demonstrated ability to generate lots of initiatives and new ideas, storytelling for social content to increase engagement and loyalty
  • Monitor social content and interaction via strategically online properties to drive communications in control
  • Post content, ensure timely response, and make sure brand voice is carried out across all social media in defined topics.
  • Building and maintaining a solid publisher community
  • Be able to catch up with the trend , developing and implementing tactical plans to stand stably at high position in affiliate marketing market
  • Other related tasks assigned


  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent with Marketing base
  • Knowledge: 2-3 years experience of working as a performance Marketing Manager (B2B). Knowledge about Branding, Performance marketing, Affiliate marketing, Local & overseas market, Market trend.
  • Skills: Good command of English; Communication; Leadership skills; Analytic & problem solving.
  • Attitude: Flexible, Smart, Hard-working, Aggressive, Professional


  • Gross salary: 1000 – 1500 USD (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
  • Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
  • Flexible time: 9AM – 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)
