Key responsibilities:
- Planning to research and manufacture new products based on BOD’s strategy;
- Manage and organize research, testing, formulation, packaging identification, production technology of new products and improvement of existing products;
- Update regulations, laws, national and international standards on the production and distribution of cosmetics;
- Participate in evaluating competitors’ products, update market trend;
- Provide information to build content of product packaging;
- Coordinate with departments to perform well research and development of new products, technology management, and quality criteria;
- Combining with other departments to plan, deploy, and introduce products to the market;
- Training for employees and related departments on products related issues.

Competencies:
- Qualifications: University degree or above in related majors. (Economics, Business Administration, ….)
- Knowledge: At least 5 years of experience at related positions in the cosmetic industry; Knowledge of the cosmetic market, skin, and customers’ demand.
- Skills: Good critical thinking & analysis; Good communication & interpersonal skills, Good at consulting, problem-solving skill, Having leadership and ability to build team; Good command of English
- Attitude: Responsible, Result-oriented, Good at working under pressure.

Gross salary: 20.000.000 VND – 35.000.000 VND (competency-based), 100% Salary for Probation.
