Reporting lines:

  • Post holder reports to: CEO
  • Staff report to post holder: Senior HR executive, C&B Executive, Senior Recruitment & Training executive, Junior Recruitment & Internal PR executive, Admin staff

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the People Department of the company
  • Set up and develop HR strategies, policies, processes and plans in line with company direction, strategy and objective
  • Lead and manage all HR jobs including: recruitment, training & development, performance management, internal communications, C&B, etc of all offices (Hanoi, Hochiminh, Indonesia & Thailand).
  • Work with BOD to define and build up corporate culture, develop codes of conduct and implement internal PR programs to promote corporate culture at all offices
  • Lead and manage OKR project at all offices with all team leaders and all staff
  • Other requested tasks


  • Skill: Excellent interpersonal skill, Strong time management skill, Problem-solving skill, Leadership skill  
  • Knowledge: Bachelor degree of any field, Bachelor degree in HR is preferred, Good command of English, Having at least 3 year-experience at the same position.
  • Attitude: Aggressive, Detail-oriented
  • Personality: Responsible, Trustworthy, Careful


  • Gross salary: Negotiable (up to 2000 USD/month)
