Junior HR Executive

Key responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of recruitment activities (both local and overseas markets): posting job advertisements, collecting CVs, processing interviews, informing results, etc.
  • Join internal PR activities: planning and executing internal activities and events, etc.
  • Assist training and development activities: preparing logistics, editing training materials, organizing internal events, etc.
  • Assist HR administration tasks as assigned.


  • Skills: Good English speaking & writing, good organization, problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge: background in any field, HRM or Business Management is prefferable
  • Attitude: Love People, Desire to pursue HR career, Eager to learn, High responsibility
  • Personality: Intelligent, Agile, Careful


  • Gross salary: Competency-based
  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on working performance
  • Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
