Senior HR Executive

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment (30%):

  • Make head-count plan annually and update by quarters
  • Recruit staff for all teams at all offices including both local and foreign markets: Hanoi, Hochiminh, Indonesia, Thailand
  • Fully execute the recruitment process including: job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and hiring managers, sending interview results and offer letters, collecting employees’ documents for C&B tasks, follow and review staff probation period
  • Manage all online recruitment channels of the company (Website, Facebook fanpage, Linkedin Page, etc.) and all recruitment websites (Vietnamworks, Career Builder, ITviec, etc.)
  • Research and contact universities, headhunters, vocational centres,… then develop and maintain relationships with them to build recruitment resources.
  • Develop and manage applicant pool/database systematically

Training & Development (20%):

  • Make training plan annually and quarterly
  • Develop on-board training materials, implement induction trainings for new-comers and evaluate effectiveness
  • Organize in-house training courses for team leaders and all staff, follow up and evaluate effectiveness
  • Manage Stunning Fund & Sport Fund – funds for staff training and development

Performance Management (30%)

  • Implement OKR project with all team leaders and all staff at all offices: set up quarterly OKR, follow weekly check-in, grade and review by end of quarters
  • Work with BOD & OKR project team to update, adjust and optimize OKR process as well as solve related issues

Internal PR (20%):

  • Work with BOD to Initiate and build up corporate culture – code of conduct
  • Organize internal activities/events on special occasions to promote corporate culture among all offices and all staff
  • Maintain and develop internal communication channels in company: Facebook & Skype groups, monthly/quarterly newsletters, etc.

  • Knowledge: Knowledge about HR management, Good command of English, Having working experience in recruitment & training

  • Gross salary: Negotiable
  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on working performance
  • Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
