Key responsibilities:

Brand management (40%)

  • Plan and execute campaigns which are mainly online to approach clients for all markets (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and other markets).
  • Manage Social Media channels (blog, facebook, instagram, youtube, linkedin,…) to strengthen company system.
  • Drive PR strategy and deliver media communication objectives for the organisation – reputation management, handle media requests and crisis management.
  • Play a key role to fulfill company events/brand activation to monitor the results.
  • Write compelling content and message for both Internal and external communications, presentation and crafting speeches.

Media and Digital (30%)

  • Self-manage and execute digital/media marketing activities under brand’s requirement to meet the KPIs in sales.
  • Run performance ads (Facebook ads, Google Ads,…) to achieve goal of each campaign and company’s requirement.
  • Work in collaboration with the related team to drive main goals of company.

Market Research (10%)

  • Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) and competitor analysis.

Report and administrative (20%)

  • Achieve the target for the responsible categories.
  • Fulfill report requirement of daily tasks, each campaign of all regions.
  • Administrative tasks related to budget request, budget management, logistics,…
  • Other related tasks (if required).

Competencies:

  • Experience: More than 3 years experience of online marketing or branding; Experience in performance marketing agency is a plus.
  • Skill: Very good command of English; Good sense of brand management, digital marketing and building community; Good skill of copywriting and content creating; Knowledge of following and applying trend for communication products; Strong organization and program management skills with excellent attention to detail; Team-working, Independent-working, Analytic & problem solving.
  • Attitude: Proactive, Diligent, Responsible, Eager to learn, Integrity.
