Responsibility:

1. Livestream Host Recruitment & Development

  • Source, screen, and interview livestream host candidates through social media channels and recruitment platforms.
  • Assess candidates’ livestream capabilities and coordinate onboarding or training programs for new hosts.
  • Build and maintain a stable host talent pool to support business growth.

2. Livestream Operations Management

  • Manage hosts’ livestream schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues during livestream sessions.
  • Track, verify, and manage hosts’ working hours, performance data, and campaign deliverables.
  • Take ownership of campaign execution and support business performance targets.

3. Host Performance Management

  • Monitor and evaluate host performance based on livestream KPIs and business requirements.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to improve host quality and productivity.
  • Handle performance issues and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, including livestream operations, training, administration, creative, technical support, and business teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, documentation, and operational processes related to hosts and livestream campaigns.
  • Support reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

Competencies:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Talent Management, Livestream Operations, Creator Management, Recruitment, or related fields.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
  • English communication skills are preferred.
