Responsible for:

Drive GMV, manage live-flow, and optimize sales conversion on e-commerce platforms.

  1. Pre-Live Preparation: Setup products on TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada Seller Center (pricing, inventory, vouchers). Coordinate with Hosts/KOCs to develop sales flow scripts (flash deals, combos).
  2. In-Live Orchestration: Control the pace of the live session. Assist the Host (pinning products, triggering vouchers at peak traffic). Engage with the audience via chat to drive urgency and close sales.
  3. Post-Live Analysis: Export and analyze performance data (View count, CTR, CR, GMV). Identify “Winning Products” and provide insights for the next session’s optimization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in E-commerce livestream operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in TikTok/Shopee/Lazada back-end tools. Data-driven mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Agile, “Can-do” attitude, and high pressure tolerance (KPI-driven).
  • Language: Conversational English (for regional reporting).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): GMV per session, Conversion Rate (CR), and Viewer Retention Rate.
