To develop our business in the Retail Sector, we are looking for an Advanced Supply Chain Executive to join with us in the Business operation department with lots of benefits: 

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in developing the company’s supply chain strategies
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents) to ensure efficient operation
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
• Making report as assigned by manager and another ad-hock task
• Support purchasing activities for purchasing executive
• Other tasks as discussed in the interview

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Import-Export, Supply Chain,…
• At least 3 years experience working as supply chain officer/ purchasing officer
• Previous experience in the retail company is highly preferred
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
