Execute Pre-Livestream and During-Livestream Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for setting up the live session on the Tiktok\/Shopee\/Lazada platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Set up the Livestream room, prepare livestream props, and necessary supplies for the live session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Implement Activities During the Livestream Session<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Host during the live broadcast, monitor actual performance, and implement flexible solutions to engage with viewers.<\/li>\n<li>Directly coordinate with brands regarding the sales program during the live session (vouchers, supplementary gifts, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Measure and Analyze Post-Livestream Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Livestream quality and analyze post-Live data. Ensure the established revenue targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the performance of the live session and customer feedback from each Livestream to develop a plan and select products for subsequent Livestreams.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other live operation-related tasks assigned by the leader (e.g., receiving\/sending samples; reporting on the host&#8217;s live hours for acceptance, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of 6 months to 1 year or more in managing livestream operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Clear, easy-to-listen-to voice, able to speak continuously for 2 to 3 hours during the live session.<\/li>\n<li>Priority given to candidates who have experience operating independent live sessions for either brands or KOCs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of the Livestream tools on Tiktok Shop \/ Shopee \/ Lazada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% Salary for Probation<\/li>\n<li>Lunch allowance, personal laptop allowance<\/li>\n<li>Working Schedule: 6 days\/week, flexible based on the Leader&#8217;s arrangement<\/li>\n<li>Fund for Training &amp;
