EPC = Total commission/total click

Before validation: Total commission (TC) = Pending commission + Expected commission

After validation: Total commission (TC) = Approved commission + Rejected commission

Estimated approved commission (ECAR): Estimated commission approved rate (ECAR) * Total commission (TC)
