This program offers KOCs/KOLs and Publishers an opportunity to earn commissions by promoting Shopee products through various channels, including social media, Shopee Video, and Shopee Live.
How to Join the Shopee Brazil Affiliate with Ecomobi?
Overview
The Shopee Brazil Affiliate program allows KOCs/KOL and Publishers to promote Shopee products using unique tracking links provided by Ecomobi Passio. Affiliates earn commissions based on successful orders, with rates varying by channel, buyer type (new or existing), and order attribution (same shop or different shop).
Below are the detailed steps for joining and promoting as a KOC or Publisher.

Details of the Shopee Brazil Affiliate program commissions are presented specifically below:
- For publishers, Shopee Brazil Affiliate commission is up to 9% (for new buyers)
- For KOLs/KOCs, Shopee Brazil Affiliate commission is up to 10.5% (for new buyers)
Order Rules
To earn a commission, the following steps must occur:
- A user clicks your tracking link on a valid advertising channel (e.g., social media, Shopee Video, Shopee Live).
- The user is redirected to Shopee’s website and makes a purchase within the 30-day cookie period.
- The user successfully pays for the order, receives the product, and does not request a refund within the specified time.
Cookie Rules
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Attribution: Last click – First Order
- Overwrites: Cookies can be overwritten by another affiliate link or Shopee’s in-house advertising link.
Advertising Channels
Affiliates can promote through:
- Coupon sites
- Content/Review sites
- Comparison sites
- Cashback sites
- Social media
- Google Display Network (GDN)
- Display ads
- Media buying
- Pop traffic.
Important Notes
- Tracking Links: Only use tracking links provided by Ecomobi. Orders from other links will be canceled and cannot be appealed.
- Prohibited Actions: Spamming, cookie dropping, or fraudulent traffic is strictly prohibited. Ecomobi reserves the right to reclaim commissions for detected fraud.
- Restricted Products: Advertising milk/snacks for babies up to 24 months, bottles, or teats is forbidden. Violations result in immediate campaign suspension and commission deductions.
- Order Loss Rate: Random order loss rate ~7% among phone devices, IOS devices have a higher order lost rate.
- Brand Post Seeding: Seeding affiliate links on Shopee’s official posts may lead to account blocking and commission deductions.
- Validation Time: Order validation occurs T+2 (may be delayed due to vendors).
Instructions for Joining Shopee Brazil Affiliate via Ecomobi
For KOCs (applied when API is not available)
Step 1: Share your Sub ID with your Account Manager (AM).
Step 2: The AM generates and sends a tracking link. Verify that the Sub ID is correct.
Step 3: Once the Sub ID is confirmed, KOL verifies the information with the AM and sends a list of product links they want to promote.
Step 4: AM generates and sends affiliate links for the provided product list (affiliate links = product links with affiliate tracking)
Step 5: KOL attaches the affiliate links provided by the AM to their platforms and begins promotion.
For Publishers
Step 1: Share your Sub ID with your AM.
Step 2: The AM generates and sends a tracking link. KOL verify that the Sub ID is correct.
Step 3: AM sends the tracking link to the Publisher; Publisher checks to ensure the Sub ID is correct.
Step 4: Publisher removes “shopee.com.br” from the tracking link.
Step 5: Replace it with the product link they want to promote
Step 6: Publisher uses the modified tracking link to push traffic.
Weekly Reports: Every Monday, the AM sends a performance report (Excel file) for the previous week (T-1).
Link Generation Timeline
- Weekly Deadline: KOCs must submit their product lists by Thursday for the following week (T+1).
- Link Generation: Every Friday, the AM generates affiliate links for Publishers (if there are tracking issues) and KOCs for week T+1.
