Key responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and manage creator communities across multiple markets, with a strong focus on Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
  • Experiment with new growth models, including partnership growth loops and community-led growth initiatives.
    Develop strong relationships with creators, KOLs, KOCs, MCNs, agencies, and community leaders in each market.
  • Identify and activate strategic partnerships with external communities, ecosystem players, and local networks to drive creator acquisition.
  • Plan and execute online and offline events, workshops, webinars, and networking programs across markets.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to launch co-branded campaigns, community activations, and growth initiatives.
  • Design programs to improve creator onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Research creator trends, platform behaviors, and community insights across different countries.
  • Track and optimize key metrics, including creator acquisition, engagement, attendance, activation, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Build repeatable playbooks that can be localized and scaled across markets.

Competencies:

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Community Development, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, or Creator Management. Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing communities from the ground up, while developing long-term strategic partnerships. Strong experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
  • Community-Led Growth Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing and executing community-led growth strategies that drive creator acquisition, engagement, retention, advocacy, and monetization. Strong ability to turn communities into sustainable growth channels through structured programs, peer-to-peer engagement, and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Network Strength: Strong existing network with creators, KOLs, KOCs, agencies, communities, or MCNs, with the ability to activate and expand partnerships effectively.
    Growth Mindset: Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key growth metrics, identify insights, and continuously optimize initiatives for scale and long-term impact.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across local and regional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Market Understanding: Strong understanding of creator economy trends, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and creator monetization models.
  • Personality: Proactive, resourceful, highly adaptable, and energized by building new initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Bonus Points (Preferred): Experience in organizing events, workshops, webinars, networking programs, or large-scale community campaigns across multiple markets.

Flexible time: 9AM – 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)
